The Paranormal Herald,has tried to reach out to Ghostark,concerning the over alarming amount of angry folks in the U.K, Australia and the United States.
According to customers’ post on GhostArk’s Facebook page, the device is dogged with technical problems and poor workmanship. Many reporting poor quality screens, buttons that don’t work properly and problems inserting memory cards into the device.
One such comment was that the device did not work and when turned on, it got very hot and even began to smoke,causing a fire concern?Bob Jensen Depends on your definition of working wink emoticon I personally have not received the 2 we ordered however, a group we work with at times got theirs. It powered up and thats about it up until the point of it becoming too hot to handle. It literally got so hot they said that it started to smoke
There is also a Facebook page called unhappy Ghostark customers.
A recent email to GhostArk went unnoticed, either they missed the email,or they intended to ignore The Paranormal Herald.What ever the said case, it simply does not matter,as we decided to find out for ourselves about the Ghostark product to many have complained about.
There are and were a few red flags already seen.First off,Ghostark had taken funds for a product not out yet,then had used many excuses as to why they had not sent out the supposed worked,tested, and ready equipment product.
The company Ghostark,had made a statement prior,that the Chinese new year was the blame of them being late in their shipments,because the product is being made by a company in China?
We did see some announcements on the Ghostark page”relating to peoples concerns.
Some customers have reported problems related to the shielding system and box assembly of the GhostArk. We have immediately informed the people responsible of our manufacturing company Moko Technology so that problems of this kind won’t happen anymore, and we can communicate that the second batch of 400 units will be sent before the end of the month and that all devices will be perfectly functioning without any defect.
All those customers who have received the first batch of GhostArk devices and who have reported problems related to the shielding system or box assembly can kindly send the defective devices back to Moko Technology in the form of registered letter at this address: Moko Technology 4F, 2nd Building, Guanghui Technology Park, Mingqing Road, Longhua, Shenzhen, China 518109. We are very disappointed for what happened because our prototypes and pre-industrialized versions are perfectly functioning, and we are very sorry for our clients who received defective devices, but we are working hard in order to be sure that it won’t happen anymore.
In the past also Pebble, Volvo and many other big and well-known companies had to fix some problems at the beginning of their history; things like these can happen, but first of all we must solve all the problems related to the GhostArk, and we will do it.
The main goal of the GhostArk team is having happy and satisfied customers without causing any trouble or concern.
Given the situation, we kindly ask for your comprehension and to support us, and we apologize for all the problems our customers had with their device.
The GhostArk project has been developed by four qualified and expert engineers. The GhostArk devices realized both as prototypes and as pre-industrialized devices are all perfectly functioning, and they were tested by the whole GhostArk team.
The engineers who developed and realized the project are Antonio Converso, Chief Engineer, Antonino Battaglia, Mario Ursino and Stefano Mariani and the product designer Marco De Masi responsible for design and body.
Those engineers worked really hard in order to develop: EMF meter and sensors, management of data files, radio and voice recording system, management of audio files, display and its system, shielding, navigation system, system of the GhostBox, mixing audio signals and amplification. Each system was properly tested in the minimum details.
After seeing these comments,the company located in said Venice, is admitted to their product not working,but what is not clear is how much of their said product they have not sent out in the first place?Truth is some individuals are complaining about a faulty product and also some folks are saying they did not get their product yet?others are stating,they want their money back.
For those purchasers sending the broken or defective product back,they are still being charged a fee to send back their damaged goods.It is not cheap either.
As folks have come forward,they are definitely not happy.
You should all message, Massimo Rossi, CEO for GhostArk athttp://www.facebook.com/massimo.verratirossi and vent your frustrations directly. It is his company, so he should take the brunt of the discourse. He made the decisions to make cheap and charge a lot, he will have to answer soon to legal counsel!

For all customer resend back the device to Moko we put as a gift an extra antenna with high quality signal and an extended of guarantee and also the last update of all firmwares and then will receive the REAL GHOSTARK device meet our quality rules!
I want are sincerly with you and please don’t publish this thing, Moko need to go on holiday and close is factory in 30th january , because in China there are the spring festival and the factory close one week before start the festival and for us make the assembly fast … but is not professional… and Moko don’t following our instruction, but from now we will watch very carefully all process of the new batch of the GhostArk device.
We are very sorry for this situation with you and our customer, and for the end of this month all custumer have a REAL GHOSTARK

Hi Guys, we have an as yet unconfirmed report that one unit has caught fire, the guy who video`d it was orderer to immediately take the video down by an attorney / lawyer and it has been removed from what we believe, we are trying to get a hand on the video and if we do it`ll be posted here for you all to see and make your own assumptions as to it`s validity and authenticity.
All in all,we have seen many folks now come forward,either they did not get their product,or they got a product,that simply by one customer was said to be a real piece of work,meaning he was not pleased at all.It is our hope,that this company makes right their wrongs and ships a great product,but at the moment I do not like the pictures,this said company has printed.
